My first time (after owning 4 Ram trucks) to Doyles collision centre was an experience I needed to comment on. Scott and Kevin were amazing with the time they took and the patience they had well work collision centre was an experience I needed to comment on. Delayed parts out of their control, was frustrating but the time each of them took to calm my concerns and the way they went out of their way to explain and show me calmed my nerves and made me realize I’d picked the right dealership .Despite how busy they were and my constant questions and visits to check on progress they were professional, courteous and respectful .The finished job left me pleased and satisfied completely . Finance Dept. submitted loan to a bank I did not request and resulted in a decrease in my credit score. Vehicle had not been cleaned as well as I would have expected. It smelled like cigars, now understand why windows were open in lot when I went to look at it. Was sold a warranty and they refused to provide any documentation or details just kept saying a package would come in the mail and it was a factory warranty. Guess what no package, now fighting to get the details of what I paid for. I honestly would not recommend this dealer, I bought a vehicle year before with my husband at a used car dealership, sale was quick, easy, all questions answered and warranty details provided immediately, this experience was far from the experience at Doyle Dodge. Prices for required maintenance are ridiculous and double what I am quoted at other licensed mechanics. More

Booked appointment for airbag recall, talked to service and appointment was made, provided make model and serial number for car. Dropped car off on day of appointment and guy at service desk asked me if th and appointment was made, provided make model and serial number for car. Dropped car off on day of appointment and guy at service desk asked me if the parts were in? I told him that you booked the appointment how was I to know. He checked with service and parts were not in stock! I rebooked an appointment for two week later, day before appointment I called service to make sure the parts were in and was told that I did not have an appointment booked for the next day. Rebooked again for the following week but asked the service guy to check to make sure that the parts were in stock which he did and I was told that they had the parts. Dropped the car off for the new appointment and the service desk accepted the car and I was told it would be ready at the end of the day, one hour later received a call from service saying that they did not have the parts in stock! It gets better! Picked up vehicle after they called to say it was ready, No dash lights were on when vehicle dropped off but when started in lot ABD, traction control and air bag lights are on. Brought car back to service they scanned they code and read rear wheel sensor? Said unrelated to work they completed! More
