A few rotten apples We purchased our Dogde caravan and were in to pick it only to find out that the vehicle was not cleaned. Our sales rep did not know this until they de We purchased our Dogde caravan and were in to pick it only to find out that the vehicle was not cleaned. Our sales rep did not know this until they decided to bring the van around. So we needed to pick it up the next day. The personnel who cleaned the Van showed no effort in cleaning the vehicle completely. Overall our sales rep did help my Husband and was considerate. No compesantion was made in regards having any unnecessary travel to pick up a vehicle that was not ready for us. Hoping my future visits to the service Ctr won't be a disappointment. More
