Top down xxxxty service. Stars from the top "rude Ben" Sales manager Ben is a rude snobby person. Eli Tamam is one of the rudest people I have ever met. You can't get two words in when Eli is around. Keep in mind this is the second car I buy from this dealer. Bought a 2012 and now a 2017. Extremely unprofessional sales manager (Ben). Support smaller communities like Fort Erie or wherever you can get great service and respect. I just spent 56k on a vehicle and I walked out feeling like I bought something from the grocery store. No communication. No response from management re: complaints. spoke to Ben (sales manager) directly and his response was: do I know you? I reminded him politely that I bought two cars from them in the past 5 years when I was asking his help and his response: "so". Also, cold guy. No smile. Lucky his parents ha a dealership and have him a job as he has no Sales skills whatsoever. More

Service, Quality & Value all in One Place! This is my first DealerRater review and 100% based on our experience. I always read reviews before any major purchases, like vacation, hotel rooms, he This is my first DealerRater review and 100% based on our experience. I always read reviews before any major purchases, like vacation, hotel rooms, heck even for shoes over $100 I read about 20+ reviews. I believe in the rule of 3 when it comes to spending our hard earned money. Service, Value and Quality. I haven't been to a certain popular seafood spot in over 8 years because I didn't think we received any of the 3 rules for a family meal. Downsview Chrysler not only met my 3 but the outstanding service put to rest any preconceived notions I had about the haggle and the game you need to play. They're not dressed in polyester pants with a checkered jacket, nor did it play out like one of my favorite Seinfeld episodes. We didn't go in at a certain time or day, we went in on a bright Saturday morning to test drive the new Jeep Compass. Service We're a time strapped family. When spending our money we want to feel that the company is invested in providing us with what we want. Downsview Chrysler met this need! 1. They are proud of their Brand and what they sell. For me there's nothing like pride in what you do or where you work, if you don't believe it why would I? 2. There was no need to negotiate, as a buyer for a major retailer my spidey sense did not tingle. I felt that they were on a no bs tip. I know right, I felt our sales guy Patrick was honest and worked to provide the right Jeep that fit our budget and our needs as a family. No hard sell, he answered all questions. 3. They listen and are action oriented. When I challenged features available on other cars and how it worked…they quickly addressed and reassured safety features on our new 2018 Compass. Quality I get it now, my husband did the research and he was right. We are the very proud owners of the 2018 Jeep Compass. So who knew that a car could add swagger! It does. Who knew an automobile could offer this type of comfort, solid built, style and low cost to fill up at the gas station.. Value I think it’s part of the quality factor, I get why the Jeep brand has been around forever, never thought I was a Jeep type of girl….the value proposition is good, they’ve done their homework. Pickup We were surprised and delighted! Rex was so awesome to pick my hubby up and bring him to the dealership, he was engaging and took the time to ensure hubby understood what everything was for, actually my 11year old remembered more that he did and was able to explain and show me things…Really well done Rex! After Purchase Rex & Carlos both took the time to call and make sure we were happy with our 2018 Jeep Compass. Will we be going back to the dealership? Yes, we are going to be in market for a 2nd car (used) and that's where we are going. They have the 3 things we value as a family. Naming Names! So in a no naming names society, I am naming names! This was not a small purchase for our family, in fact it’s our largest purchase in over 12 years of marriage and we are so proud! Actually like any good company that treats their people well most of the people we met have been working at Downsview Chrsyler for over 20 years so they are definitely not like the fly by nights popping up like Tim Horton’s and they know there stuff. Peter, Carlos, Massoud, Rex, Walter, Patrick and the Downsview Family ~ From our Family of Three,Thank you! We proudly cruise around in our 2018 Jeep Compass….This experience couldn’t have ended any better! More
