Horrible doesn’t begin to describe it , a mix of carelessness and incompetence , a month waiting for a few parts and a phone call confirming the arrival of the parts ; phone call that never happened carelessness and incompetence , a month waiting for a few parts and a phone call confirming the arrival of the parts ; phone call that never happened and all that to loose those parts ; for the last 2 weeks they have been looking for those parts in the parts department and they can’t find them (so they said)and the guy that knows where they may be is on holidays and unreachable , and i know all this because i’ve been going asking for these parts , phone calls telling me if the found them or not never happen , i’m still waiting for those phone calls , in the mean time i can’t use my car because of the leak for which i need those parts More
