The only word I can find to rate the service I received from Husni Haiaf and Kathleen McGuire is "FANTASTIC". They made the process so easy and made me feel like a somebody. Even though my credit was far from good, they listened to what I wanted and did more than provide. From the moment I applied they made me think that is was more then possible to get a vehicle for my family. And sure enough in less then a week they delivered. Not only did they have a through check done on my care, they had it detailed, and delivered the vehicle to my driveway from Ottawa to Hamilton. No extra charges for any of this. And Husni was more than patient with me while I took my time to think over this purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that has lost hope of getting the vehicle of their dreams. Kathleen took the time to make sure that I understood everything with the paperwork and delivery. I can't thank them enough for all they have done. And I will definatley be going back to them in the future when the time is right to upgrade my car. On a Wednesday evening I made an online enquiry about a vehicle, within 10 minutes I had a response from a sales rep, Grant. A phone call and a text with pictures of the truck on the hoist being safetied, vehicle, within 10 minutes I had a response from a sales rep, Grant. A phone call and a text with pictures of the truck on the hoist being safetied, as the pic on the website was a stock photo. Friday I purchased the truck, the deal was fair. I received what I was looking for on my trade-in (same $ as another dealer). Part of the deal was I wanted to drive away that day with the vehicle, as I live a distance away. James, the sales manager, made it happen. Deal was signed at 10:30am and by 1:50pm my daughter and I were driving back in my new (to me) truck. While waiting, James also directed us to an incredible Shawarma restaurant in the plaza next door for lunch. I totally recommend these team to anyone looking for a vehicle! Great communication, very friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. More

Had an appointment to drop of my F150 for backup Camera issues, drop time at 7:30 i was there 7:20.. i suppose to get a loner car they said they don't have we will get you one from Rental. said OK. waited issues, drop time at 7:30 i was there 7:20.. i suppose to get a loner car they said they don't have we will get you one from Rental. said OK. waited for 30 mint.. no car.. I asked they said we will drop you at rental car office.. said OK.. they dropped me their to pick up the car .. had to wait other 15 mint then i was told i had to wait till we send the car for washing!! i lift back to Ford, told i was them what happen i was upset. then i asked for my truck key as i don't want to have it fixed now. very cool they did not say anything they gave me the key and told me to pick it from the parking its in line B !! very bad 1st experience.. very disorganization service center,, they careless about customers.. Thus this is the 3rd purchase/lease in a row that we've completed with Grant. I really like how he understands that some people like negotiating over email and text. No pressure to force us to come in. Then you have excellent sales managers who also practice no pressure techniques. Finally, what scares people the most when purchasing/leasing a new car, is the business manager. This time we dealt with Gilles Boucher, who like every other business manager we've dealt with at this dealership also subscribes to not pressuring his clients. Their service department is also extremely non-challant and effective. We love waiting in the waiting area - water and warm drinks at your disposal. Lastly, you must know by now that Ford/Lincoln continue to have excellent ratings. So what are you waiting for? Excellent brand, excellent models, excellent dealership, excellent salesperson, excellent management, excellent culture, and excellent after sales service. From top down, there are no flaws. We can only wish that all dealerships in Canada subscribed to this kind of "no pressure" culture. More
