I had a mixed experience purchasing my first toyota from here. The sales was completed by Mr.Jegah and after a 2 year long wait, I received my Rav4 prime last April 2023. Jegah was easy to deal with. However the car only came up with just 1 key remote and I'm still waiting for the keys. If I have known the issues, I'd have refuse to accept the car. Additionally, a refund cheque is still missing. (Refund was due to a autodimming mirror that was charged and financed, but later found that none of the digital mirrors were not even compatible to this SE model. When I pay full amount of agreed money, why should I wait patiently to receive the products I paid for? Can toyota waive some money, because of their failure to deliver the products/promises? They won't. It is super frustrating. More
Very Unprofessional Service Team - Service 2 - Worst Experience I had a service my Toyota Corolla 2017 on 27-April-23 for Service 2 which include oil change and other maintenance to complete check all Experience I had a service my Toyota Corolla 2017 on 27-April-23 for Service 2 which include oil change and other maintenance to complete check all issues with the car and paid CAD200.00 and after the service I got vehicle report which show everything is perfect except for 2 things which I delay for next time but all other items tested and showing as PASSED including car battery but after 2 days of the service my car don't start due to battery issue which was reported passed by the dealership during maintenance. The Manager called me because my overall service survey was not as per standard and I explained to the manager about the issue with the battery and he committed to send someone with new battery for replacement and I agree to pay all replacement charges but they have not send anyone to fix my car and finally I have to take my car to Canadian Tire after got the booster start and paid over 250+ dollars. The dealership performance is going down each passing day and they don't care about recurring customers and there is no commitment towards customer which reflect from the level of services, the report they issue after maintenance (totally incorrect) and not value for the words they offer. I will try other dealership next time to avoid issues. More

Do not go to this dealership. I ordered a new Corolla hybrid in November 2021 and received it early May, however there was damage to the headliner upon delivery (stain/damaged fab I ordered a new Corolla hybrid in November 2021 and received it early May, however there was damage to the headliner upon delivery (stain/damaged fabric), about the size of my hand on the driver's side. I brought it back to the dealership several times, speaking with the sales person and service department who assured that they will take care of it. After having service 'fix' the issue, I found that they attempted to PAINT the headliner to hide the stain on a brand new vehicle when the headliner should have been replaced, as the fabric itself was damaged. There was spray paint residue on the sun visor and the size of the damaged area increased in size. Even worse, the chemicals they used to try to remove the damage got on the leather steering wheel, causing fading of the plastic pieces/buttons and leaving shiny residue on other areas, which cannot be cleaned off (varnish was removed). I brought the car in AGAIN to have them 'fix' it, and the issue only got worse, it looks like they spray painted the plastic pieces, which got on other clean areas of the steering wheel. It took four weeks for me to reach a new car sales manager in person and upon doing so, they did not take responsibility for delivering me a dirty/damaged vehicle that should have been brand new/mint condition. They said it was confusing to them that this damage happened and no one caught it! They offered to have service look at the vehicle again to fix the issues, although we no longer trust the quality and level of standard the service department operates, based on their sloppy and unprofessional attempt to 'clean' a brand new vehicle. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR HERE! It has been an aggravating experience trying to contact managers and have them listen to this situation. They were so helpful and quick when I placed my order, but the second an issue arises, I am the only person making any effort in trying to get it resolved. At the end of the day, we returned the vehicle as they could not reassure us that the service department could correct all the issues to provide me with a vehicle in mint condition even though that was what should have been provided when I initially picked up the vehicle. DVN Toyota did not take responsibility for the delivery of a damaged brand new vehicle and told us it was 'cosmetic' damage and still driveable, which is true, but why purchase a brand new car at all from this location if that is their response? Save yourself some heartache and go to a smaller/higher rated dealership where they will actually listen and respect your time. Since picking up my vehicle I have made countless calls to DVNT, brought the car back 4 additional times and in doing so had to take time off work, and each time the condition of my car came back worse than I left it. I will be ordering a car from another dealership and am back to waiting 8-10 months for a brand new vehicle. Extremely disappointed and appalled at the level of service, quality and professionalism at this dealership. More
