Failure to disclose vehicle had paint repair Purchased vehicle that was 1 year old. The rX 350 w e bought in 2014 began to show bubbling in the paint. Went to see DVN, their body shop etc... Nume Purchased vehicle that was 1 year old. The rX 350 w e bought in 2014 began to show bubbling in the paint. Went to see DVN, their body shop etc... Numerous emails and calls made but often not returned. Still awaiting call. Advised by their body shop staff that this vehicle had thinner paint on the trunk and must have been a repair. This was never disclosed to us at purchase time. Nobody accepting responsibility for this. We were told because it was years later it was too late. Rust doesn't start over night so of course it is just bubbling to the surface at this time. We were told they have a grandma clause that is to treat customers like your grandma. This is not what our experience was like. We are very honest and hard working and to think this information was withheld is appalling. One manager went out with a paint thickness detector and within seconds said it was repainted in the exact area. Nobody will admit they were responsible and are not willing to repair it at no charge to us. More
Nobody is in Charge and Nobody cares The only thing 5 star about DVN Lexus is that they charge 5 times more (and take 5 times longer) for the same service you would get anywhere else. I had to transfer a lease and found i had a horrific time and spent about 8 months trying to figure out the procedure. I kept getting different explanations and prices or that it was not even needed for my special case. Nothing is ever in writing of course. Finally when the deadline approached i found myself running around 18 days at considerable time and expense. I would stand in line at Service ontario for 2 hours only to find out that i can not renew the license sticker (well no one told me. ) . Then Lexus said "oh no we have to do it ". Then they did it wrong and even gave me somebody else's license sticker. The joker did not even check his work. When i called him out about why are you giving me a 4 month sticker when i paid you almost $200 ? He lied to me and said it was because i was 3 days late ! Go figure! Anything to get rid of the customer. I lost several days of work and had to cut a business trip in half at thousands of dollars of expense. When i asked Lexus to cover the costs , they were again no where to be found . Not to mention that they put people's life in danger if caught by the police with someone else's license stickers or the US border patrol. In fact the Manager Stanley quarreled with me for an hour about returning $7 i had to pay out of my own pocket. He did not even have the courtesy to reimburse my lease costs for the 4 days or gas and time or insurance. Even that took almost a month to get the $7 refunded to the credit card ! He kept making excuses that he lost the number etc. These guys are really cheap and greedy (and sloppy in their work) ! So much for the Luxury car service and image ! I will be glad to return this car. Good riddance. When I wrote a letter to the VP , it was ignored of course, same goes for the Better Business Bureau. More

During our test drive, we drove a lower trim test vehicle (IS300 Premium Package), We spoke about the necessary features we wanted in a car, AWD, Apple Carplay/Android Auto, Seat Memory, Navigation being some of the top features. He explained that the higher trim- the Luxury edition we were looking to lease would include the features we wanted. After recieving the car approx a month ago, we had trouble finding the feature and learned today at the auto show that the option is not available at all. I contacted the salesperson and he denied ever saying that the Apple Car Play feature was available and advised to return to Lexus and lease a newer model that would have this feature in 2 years time. I was absolutely appalled at the thought of returning to Lexus considering the conflict that's in front of us. We felt like we were rushed into purchasing a car that would otherwise not have been considered as it did not fulfill all of our requirements. I could have gone to Acura, Audi and Mercedes Benz and got all of those features for less money and given us all of the features we wanted and more. More

Purchased a Lexus RX350 Since I walked in the dealership the Staff was extremely helpful. If anyone has an interests in purchasing a Lexus, at DVNL, I would highly recommend Kitty Song as the sales person. She will work with you, very knowledgeable and wants the best for you.
