She took the time to truly understand my needs, answered all of my questions in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Communication with her was always smooth and pleasant, and she made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable without any pressure. The dealership itself was welcoming and well-organized, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. I purchased a 2026 RX350H, and unfortunately, my experience at Don Valley North Lexus was disappointing. I placed my order on 2025-11-01, dealing primarily with sales representatives Greg Krikor and experience at Don Valley North Lexus was disappointing. Initially, everything appeared to be proceeding smoothly. However, when I returned on 2025-11-07 with a full bank draft, I was unexpectedly asked to sign a new quote, which no longer included the winter package and cargo liner that were in my original agreement. When I insisted and presented the previously signed documentation, my concerns were dismissed. As I was scheduled to leave the country on 2025-11-08, the winter tire price was added to the new quote, which made me feel that the dealership does not honour its agreements and employs questionable sales tactics. Unfortunately, the challenges did not end there. Upon picking up the car on 2025-12-01, I found that the vehicle had not been washed and there was a dent on the driver’s side door. The staff’s response was that these things happen and, as one put it, “it’s a metal box at the end of the day.” After several follow-ups, the dealership did repair the dent, but throughout the process, no one offered an apology or any form of compensation. When service agent Bobby Chan inquired about who would cover the cost of the repair, the dealership eventually agreed to take responsibility. I also sent an email to Jack Varisco and provided feedback to the dealership’s customer service department, but received no response. This appears to be standard practice at this dealership. While the decision to purchase here is yours, I cannot recommend Don Valley North Lexus based on my experience. I am willing to share documentation if needed, but will not upload it here. More

There CPO ( certified pre owned ) 150 point inspection is nothing but a sales tactic. Why I state that is what I experienced when I drive off the Don Valley North Lexus lot with my used 2022 RX350 sport f wi nothing but a sales tactic. Why I state that is what I experienced when I drive off the Don Valley North Lexus lot with my used 2022 RX350 sport f with 34,800 klm on it. As soon as my back tires left the lot the message centre came on LOW ON WINDOW WASHER FLUID “. How does the technician miss such a basic part of the 150 point inspection?? It’s because he couldn’t be bothered doing it. So you think you’re getting a vehicle that the salesman told you don’t worry because everything is inspected to reassure you that ur getting a good vehicle. You can imagine my disappointment at this point. I had a 400 mile journey ahead of me and no time to go back and xxxxx about this. Nobody would have cared anyway!! My RX350 is an ALL WHEEL DRIVE. When you have to replace a tire on any all wheel drive vehicle it is common knowledge at any tire centre or professional dealership that if there is 2/32” difference between any of the 3 original tire and the new tire being installed, then it is recommended to change all four. If not the handling of the vehicle will be compromised especially in an emergency situation and on any wet or snowy roads. The computer cannot compensate properly as it is getting bad information from the tires. The actual diameter of the worn tires is smaller than the newer one. Goggle this on the internet if you don’t believe me. My tires had 4/32” difference between the most worn tire at 4mm ( 5/32”) and the newer tire at 7mm (9/32”) ( these are the measurements on the mechanical fitness papers ). That’s double the recommended difference. I was sold a vehicle with a very compromised handling ability which is dangerous, especially in an emergency situation. But remember it had a CPO 150 point inspection. “WHAT A JOKE “! So much for Don Valley North Lexus caring about me and safety??? ! Most people buying vehicle would not know stuff like this and that’s what dealership are counting on and get away with short cuts like this. Then when you go back for serving they will tell you you need four new tires. I do mechanical work on many vehicles from Corvettes and presently own a Ford Shelby GT 500. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. . I wish I could include pictures backing everything I have stated but just google it. Also on my review they responded by telling me to reach out to them. I called the WEIN’S Auto Group and spoke to a person who took down my info and told me a manager would be in contact with me soon. Never happened. Then I spoke with a representative at the same WEIN’S outfit and she did not understand anything about All Wheel Drive and tires being replaced on them. She told me she would email me her email address and I could send her pictures backing everything I was stating. She never emailed me back.
