Find a Jeep that looks good on me! I wasn't planning on purchasing a Grand Cherokee yet. Was just looking and went test driving so that I could watch for future deals. I relayed the options I wanted and one was found for me. (only 2 persuasions to try and change my options... not bad for a female shopping for an SUV) Price couldn't be beat, and I was sold! Everything was easy and no pressure deal. It was even trailered in from out of town as a bonus. When I arrived, I felt the excitement with how good the Jeep looked. Vidhin spent about 1/2 hour with me going through the options so that I saw how everything worked. Worth every penny! Only one blurb on the service side... not sales side. When I went to pay for the vehicle I stopped at the service side first to see if I could get a headlight bulb on my Nitro changed. I was told no one was available and I didn't have an appointment. (even though it was like a 10 min job to change the light bulb) When I stated I was going to the sales side to pay for a new vehicle I just purchased, suddenly someone was paged. I kind of chuckled, but would hope all people in the end could experience good customer service. More

A friend of mine recently emailed me with the January promos which Dodge Canada was offering, the combination of rebates and dealer incentives, 0% finance up to 84 months, Loyalty rebate etc. I was curious but had no expectation that a deal would be possible. I had to get more than I owed on my 2010 (it only has 82,000 km on it and was in mint condition) and basically told Bill Elliott that I needed every rebate, discount, offer, 0% finance, and a trade in which was at or higher than my owing amount. Bill found me the exact truck I was looking for (2016 Ram 1500 Sport Hemi Crew, 4X4, loaded, with NAV in the Blackout edition.... Not only did he find it, he trailered it in, and he made this deal happen. I went from checking into it as a mere curiosity to happily driving my brand new truck. I also got a very good price for my Extended Warranty, and although Lianne had some conflict with her computer (handled with very good humour), she did an excellent job and I am very happy with my extended warranty choices. I have nothing but compliments for BIll and the staff at Dodge City, I was already a loyal service customer and I plan on remaining so for years to come. Overall an excellent experience. More
