Treated me with respect and I couldn't be happier The previous fall I spoke with Bill (salesman) about Grand Cherokees, but in the end decided it was too much money to commit to while still in school. Bill was so kind and understanding and said he hoped I'd come back to see him when I was ready to purchase. Fast forward 8 months, I'm out shopping for a Cherokee Trailhawk this time, out of fairness I went to the other dealer in the city to see what they could offer me. To sum it up, I felt xxxxxx around, disrespected because I was a young female, and ultimately I felt my concerns were dismissed. I knew then I was going back to Dodge City. I didn't spend long tire-kicking because I knew exactly what I wanted already; Bill set straight out to find it for me. In the end, they found a match in another province and brought it in for me. Their finance department and sales manager KJ was super friendly, honest, and great to deal with as well. Overall, the experience buying my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Dodge City was so good; I would absolutely recommend them. I felt they took me seriously, respected me, treated me fairly and I didn't leave feeling like I got 'hosed' by shady sales tactics (like some other dealers). Most importantly, I'm in love with my new Jeep, and as long as the service side of things is as top-notch as their Sales side, I can definitely see myself going back there for my next vehicle purchase. More

Gary Polishak a very valuable employee! I recently purchased a brand new 15 Ram truck and was very impressed with Gary Polishak. I started my search on the used side of the business and ended buying brand new. Gary was very keen on his truck inventory knowledge on the used and new side of the business. Gary is not a pushy salesman but lays out the facts and makes it easy to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend dealing with Gary at Dodge City Auto. Next we dealt with K.J. in finance who seemed preoccupied with something else other then helping us. He needs to communicate to his customers more! In the end we left satisfied. My first experience with service was not great as Colin is a little stand offish. I will reserve comment until my next few experiences. Thanks Gary for the great service!! More
