Worse service and after sales dealing with customer I bought a 2012 dodge journey , first my sales advisor Vidhin never contacted me about how I feel about dodge cars. When I texted about help for gold I bought a 2012 dodge journey , first my sales advisor Vidhin never contacted me about how I feel about dodge cars. When I texted about help for gold service plan which he gave me how many oil change left no response , I contacted service department they were not able to find out if I have plan transferred to KJ finance department . Then he said system glitch and it will appear next day. I calls after few days still service department say they can't see any policy. Good experience I had a good experience with Dodge City Motors. Mike Zogheib was very helpful and it was apparent that the dealership employees are motivated to help I had a good experience with Dodge City Motors. Only comment I would make is that the look of the facility needs an upgrade.
