Mike Zogheib was very helpful and it was apparent that the dealership employees are motivated to help each customer to their best ability. Only comment I would make is that the look of the facility needs an upgrade. Considering dealerships these days are looking fancier than ever I think Dodge City Motors needs to stay in the game by providing a quality atmosphere to match the top quality employees. More

He made sure the price was manageable, and was very informative. I would purchase another vehicle from him in the future! A great experience for a first time buyer. More

The reasons for not giving 5 stars were the length of time the sale took (a new computer system was slowing things down) and the unavailability of a loaner car when we needed it. More
Mike Z. is awesome! We recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram through Mike and had a great experience. He listened to exactly what we wanted and found us the perfect truck. We recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram through Mike and had a great experience. He listened to exactly what we wanted and found us the perfect truck. Shortly after that a situation arose that required us to purchase another vehicle. Mike spent many hours working through everything with us to ensure we found a vehicle that met our needs (and wants) while still fitting into our budget. He was very patient while we changed our minds repeatedly, and he turned a stressful experience into a positive resolution. We love both our new truck and our new Jeep, and would highly recommend working with Mike to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. More

My experience for first time at this dealership was AWEFULL Dodge City Service I took my truck in to Dodge City for diagnosis and repair of my factory installed electronic Brake Controller as it was not func Dodge City Service I took my truck in to Dodge City for diagnosis and repair of my factory installed electronic Brake Controller as it was not functioning properly. I explained when I made the appointment, it was working when I applied the Electronic Brake manually, however, the controller was not sending the signal to the trailer when the truck foot brake was applied. The appointment was for Wednesday June 3 I dropped my truck off at 0745 am and was called after lunch to pick it up. I attended and was advised by the service advisor Colin Barnes that the controller was not working and they had to order a new one. I questioned Colin if they knew when they could get one in as I was leaving for holidays pulling my RV to BC on June 6th. He advised that he was not sure if they could get one as it was back ordered! I advised him of my disappointment as I needed the controller functioning properly for my vacation. At this point Colin stated "if there is none available, there is nothing he could do. He then muttered he could not pull one out of the air." I went outside in frustration and called Auto Clearing Chrysler Parts. I asked the attendant on the phone if he could check on a brake controller for me to see if one is available. He ran my VIN and said he could have one here in Saskatoon overnight for me from the warehouse in Red Deer and asked if I wanted to order it as it was 242.00 plus taxes. I advised I would get back to him. I returned into speak with Colin and asked if he could confirm with your parts dept to see if perhaps they could check again to see if the controller was available anywhere as I really needed this fixed for my Saturday departure. Colin took the invoice and went to into the back behind the Parts. He returned 10 minutes later advising that they found a controller from another dealer and to return with my truck on Friday @ 0800 hrs. Colin then asked me to go to the cashier to square up. I questioned him on any charges as I had purchased extended warranty that was bumper to bumper. Colin stated that it was not covered so I went and settled up the bill paying $ 147.12 with my debit card for invoice # 400489 I returned Friday with my truck for 800 am. I got my daughter to pick me up and take me home as I live out of the city on an acerage. Colin called me at 12:18 according to my cell phone. He advised that they ordered the wrong part and my truck was not fixed. He advised me the best he could do was get me in first thing Monday am to get me on my way. I advised that this was not acceptable as I had camp sights booked into Alberta and BC starting Saturday and they could not be changed. Colin stated he was trying to assist and apologized for the error. I hung up the phone and called Okanagan Chrysler in (BC) and gave my VIN number to Jessie in Parts. He advised that he could get a controller (part # 56029431SAF) in for me and to bring my truck to their dealership to have it installed at 08:15 on Monday June 8. I picked up my truck and asked Colin if he could provide me with the correct part number so that I could ensure that Okanagan Chrysler had ordered the correct part. Colin provide me with (68146918AA) as a part number. I returned to my vehicle and called Jessie back at Okanagan Chrysler and he advised me that he had ordered the correct part number as the the number provided by Colin was the old part # and the one Jessie provided me was the new change up number for the same part. I drove to Kelowna on Sunday using my trailer brakes manually. I took my vehicle to Okanagan Chrysler for my appointment and they contacted me at noon advising my vehicle was fixed. I was then advised of the following. 1). There was nothing wrong with my factory brake controller switch. 2). They programmed it and it appeared to be working within specs. There was something wrong with the previous program. 3). They did not have to install the new controller. 4). There was no charges to me as this is covered in my extended service plan. 5). They could not answer as to why I was charged for this from Saskatoon and that I should take the matter up with the dealership that charged me for it. There are several issues here with the following at your dealership; A). The mis diagnosis of the electric brake controller. B). The service advisor telling me that they had checked for any available parts and they had not. I had to make the inquiry at another dealership and then plead with Colin to check with the parts guy to ensure they had checked for the part, knowing full well there was one available in Red Deer. Maybe they did tell Colin this I cannot say for certain. C). Colin telling me that my repair was not covered on my extended service plan, when in fact it is...! D). Being charged $147.12 to tell me my controller was not working when this was already know and it should have been covered on my extended service plan. E). Having to make two appointments for something that should have been fixed by your service technician on the first visit. F). Ordering the wrong part for the truck when you actually had the truck in your shop. Okanagan Chrysler ordered in the correct part without even seeing the truck from the VIN ( even though the part was not needed) G). Having to drive from Saskatoon to Kelowna using the manual lever for trailer brakes during this trip. I have emailed the dealership Contact Us tab off of their website twice in the last 8 hours and I have not had a phone call or email back regarding my complaint. I will be dealing with them upon my return from Vacation as this it totally unacceptable. Regards Ken Palen More
