Excellent Customer Service I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Dodge City in October with the expert help of Mike Zogheib. Mike went out of his way to hold the jeep for me as I had I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Dodge City in October with the expert help of Mike Zogheib. Mike went out of his way to hold the jeep for me as I had to drive from out of province to see it. He then proceeded to spend time teaching me how to drive standard and walked me through the purchasing process step-by-step as I was a first time buyer. He then proceeded to go above and beyond what I expected from a Sales associate by finding a buyer for the older car I drove to Dodge City, driving me to the Insurance office to get a temporary permit and then finally driving me to the edge of town as I was still a little uncomfortable with driving a standard through the city to get to the highway back to Alberta. Mike was a great all-around person and one of the main reasons I made the decision to purchase a Jeep from Dodge City because he treats his customers the way you would treat friends or family. It was an easy decision to purchase once I knew I could trust the sales staff. More
