Worst service experience in car dealership We purchased a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee here which was a good experience. I had to bring it in for recalls though and without fail when I walk in and s We purchased a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee here which was a good experience. I had to bring it in for recalls though and without fail when I walk in and stand in front of a service desk I am completely ignored for at least 2 to 4 minutes instead of someone acknowledging a persons prescense. The only time we seem to be of value is when they are trying to upsell us on a service pkg. Unfortunately when we have a problem and called them recently we were told that it would be 2 weeks before we could be booked in. No questions asked, no consideration given. Obviously a one way street. We phoned South 20 Dodge and they fit us in the same day because they knew we had a problem. Obviously we will not be returning to Dodge City Auto. More

Poor service experience I would not recommend the service department. I will not take my Van there again. I had a number of issues and for each issue I was quoted a large amo I would not recommend the service department. I will not take my Van there again. I had a number of issues and for each issue I was quoted a large amount of $ to fix. I then took the vehicle to a different Mechanic he actually looked at the issues and solved them not simply recommending the biggest fix. For example my van was not shifting out of park Dodge City told me I needed to have the gear shift assembly replaced the good mechanic realized that it was a blown fuse. I saved $3000 by going to elsewhere. More

We never felt pressured and he went out of his way to make sure we got what we were looking for and even for some things we didn't know we were looking for..... From Phil we moved on to Kerry Kelly the Finance Manager who again made us feel welcome, with no pressure and offered us options and took the time to explain any questions that we had regarding finance and extended warranties. So far we are loving our new vehicles and even if we do encounter an issue in the future, I know that we will be well looked after and that all the staff will be there for us.
