Take your dollar and don't fix it!! Had a throttle control problem! They ordered the part a few weeks later installed the part!! I paid for it and started my and same problem came up bef Had a throttle control problem! They ordered the part a few weeks later installed the part!! I paid for it and started my and same problem came up before I left the dealership!! Rebooked to fix it!! The following week got it in they couldn't find anything wrong with over a few days of looking at it!!! I was surprised to receive a bill for almost $400.00 for fixing nothing yet I had the problem for almost 2 weeks!! Needless to say I will not be going to dodge city again!!! More

Buying a 2017 2500 Ram This is the 2nd truck I have bought from Mike. It was a 2012 3500 Ram. Since I had no problems with the 2012 truck and I pulled a 37 ft. 5th wheel, This is the 2nd truck I have bought from Mike. It was a 2012 3500 Ram. Since I had no problems with the 2012 truck and I pulled a 37 ft. 5th wheel, I was interested in a new 2017 Ram 2500. This new one had more features that Mike happy pointed out like the heavier front end suspension and the new coil spring rear suspension. Mike let me test drive several trucks over many months and there was no pressure from the dealership to buy. Mike always answered all my questions every time I saw him about the new 2500 Ram. If Mike didn't know the answer he found it and got back to me. So I just bought a 2017 Ram 2500 Lariat. Mike is a professional and delivered a memorable experience! Tony More
