All the paper work was ready to go signed some papers and were home by 9:30 with the shining new SUV. The negative experience(s) in dealing with Auto Clearing of Saskatoon have made me appreciative of the high level of customer service that I have received since purchasing my first Dodge product in 2002. I have also come to realize that, as a consumer, the need to research all aspects of a dealership is just as important as researching the vehicle you want. Vehicles are a depreciating investment that wreak havoc on our disposable income. We will never accept breakdowns, and no matter how good the price is, it will never be low enough. But pricing should never be compared to "quality-of-service". Today's experience with Auto Clearing was "the straw that broke....." It has taught me a valuable lesson. I will only use Auto Clearing as a last ditch attempt to rectify my automotive problem when Dodge City, or any other high-end after-market service center, is not able to. There are many employees that have provided outstanding customer service to me at Dodge City, but like any customer, I too have my go-to's. This is a special thanks for the ongoing service provided to me by Jeremy Wood, Dave Finke, Phil Holmes a Court, Colin Barnes, Glenda McTavish, Aaron Dash, and Kevin Strunk (just to name a few). Take your dollar and don't fix it!! Had a throttle control problem! They ordered the part a few weeks later installed the part!! The following week got it in they couldn't find anything wrong with over a few days of looking at it!!! I was surprised to receive a bill for almost $400.00 for fixing nothing yet I had the problem for almost 2 weeks!! Needless to say I will not be going to dodge city again!!! More
