I had to bring it in for recalls though and without fail when I walk in and stand in front of a service desk I am completely ignored for at least 2 to 4 minutes instead of someone acknowledging a persons prescense. The only time we seem to be of value is when they are trying to upsell us on a service pkg. Unfortunately when we have a problem and called them recently we were told that it would be 2 weeks before we could be booked in. No questions asked, no consideration given. Obviously a one way street. We phoned South 20 Dodge and they fit us in the same day because they knew we had a problem. Obviously we will not be returning to Dodge City Auto. More
