I'm actually excited to write this review for Candace. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. My case, the Jeep was at the dealership waiting for parts for almost 2 mon She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. My case, the Jeep was at the dealership waiting for parts for almost 2 months, she was genuinely cared and kept me updated on the progress of through SMS, I never felt left in the dark. She also supported me in expediting the process with the HQ which sped things up a lot. However, once the Jeep was fixed, I was super disappointed. The mechanic had clearly taken shortcuts–the battery tray was cut through without my consent. A bolt was missing, the wiring harness was left hanging, things just weren't put back together properly, With only 28,000 km on it–brand new to me. I felt my Jeep got wrecked. I was in so much pain. I told myself I should've gone somewhere else. I honestly felt bad for the dealership. But then I reached out to Candace—and the way she handled my concerns changed everything. She asked me to send photos, immediately took the issue into her hands, and fought for me. Within minutes, she came back with a clear solution, and an hour later, the replacement parts were already ordered. Today, all my concerns have been addressed, and I love my Jeep again. I’m willing to forgive what the mechanic did—because of Candace. She cares, when no one else does. She concerns how I’d feel. She set herself aside. She acts promptly. She follows on my behalf, like her own vehicle. She made me feel seen, heard, and valued. Service-minded staff like Candace are the reason I will come back to this dealership. And if I ever buy another vehicle from Dodge City, it will be because of the impression she left on me. She is undoubtedly a true asset to your company. She's your absolute gem, guys.
