We have been taking our vehicle here for 4 years. This was the worst service experience to date, by far. Lots of waiting at every step of the way and the main issue was only 1 of 2 parts was ordered. I prepaid for oil changes and tire rotations. After over four years of owning my Jeep, every time I go in for an oil change I ask for a tire rotation as well. I would give max rating if my tire pressure was checked in all tires after removing a screw from one of them. I ended up driving home with 238 in both front tires, and 298 and 202 - in back tires.
