Service dept is not good ! I had a scheduled vehicle service appointment to address a missing door cover that the service team failed to install during the previous visit. The vehicle was dropped off promptly at 8 AM as instructed. However, after waiting for three hours, I was informed that the service department couldn't even look at the issue because they were "too busy." This is utterly unacceptable, especially considering they were the ones who scheduled the appointment. Checking and addressing the missing door cover wouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes. This experience was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, the receptionist's attitude during this ordeal was far from pleasant. I strongly do not recommend going to this service center based on the lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' time. More

Terrible service booked 2015 dodge ram for fuel leak and front CBH boots took truck in and they couldn’t get fuel line which I told them I needed. The service adviser said it was because my truck was old and parts are hard to get. Thanks a lot for nothing and they can’t tell me when it’s coming. Last dodge for me. More

These guys are Amazing, were feom Alberta, driving to Humboldt and Jeep had Death Wobble by Oyen. Hit the ditch hard and thankfully missed the semi coming at us. Track bar broke and lost steering.
