Service department has been very poor in communication, and they never have basic parts needed to complete the jobs in a timely manner. They are unwilling to order parts ahead of time when booking the serv and they never have basic parts needed to complete the jobs in a timely manner. They are unwilling to order parts ahead of time when booking the service even if we have a code that we know what the problem is. When part ordered for the job after a whole day long diagnostic to lo and behold be the problem we communicated about when we booked appointment, to then way for the part to arrive. Then there is then no communication on if it arrived in time (which is never had the last 2 times) and we’re continually left without a vehicle for an extended period of time. Ongoing communication would have been a small way to make the experience better rather than myself calling to ask for an update only to be further disappointed. The last few experiences have left us not wanting to own a dodge vehicle or buy something not under warranty anymore so we can get better service at a non-dealer, or perhaps another brand with better service. Last two times the parts we were waiting on were very simple like 2 weeks for an o-ring which I could have picked up any any other store, and a small sensor I could have purchased somewhere else quicker as well. I have continually received sub-par service and no proactive communication from this dealership. I also had a fleet vehicle there for pick up for 4.5 weeks from delivery at dealership before it was ready to pick up, with again no communication and we were without the vehicle for an extended period of time. I had to call for updates myself and there was never any proactive communication as to when we could expect to pick it up. Service at this level was sub par as well. More
Our experience wasn’t the greatest that if ever seen at any other dealership. If you buy a vehicle from here, they will only fill your vehicle half way and I had to come back for them to fill up a full ta any other dealership. Finance department doesn’t listen very well and projected too much of their own problems. The sales rep didn’t even stay until the sale was final and forgot to leave the keys and took the vehicle keys with him, we had to wait after hours to get our key. I won’t be coming back and I shouldn’t have bought a vehicle from here. More

Service is good; service advisor Johnathan is good. Appointment booker not so much: I phoned 306.374.2120 on Tuesday March 3, 2026 about 3pm and was given an appointment for 9am the following day. We stood for over 1/2 hour just to talk to someone both times we had to go in to attend to this matter. The service staff seemed to struggle with what should be a relatively straightforward task of cutting times we had to go in to attend to this matter. The service staff seemed to struggle with what should be a relatively straightforward task of cutting and programming a key for a jeep - the product they specialize in selling. The basic ability to communicate what was required and the cost involved seemed to be beyond their capacity. The staff were inefficient and frankly rude especially the “service” representative who seemed to think it was appropriate to raise his voice when it finally dawned on him despite our repeated conversations with front desk staff that the key needed to be cut and wait for it-programmed to work. I would strongly not recommend this establishment. The service manager Mark whom we complained to directly was just as disinterested in providing customer service as his staff- saying he did his best to have the bill match the original quote. When I reviewed the bill it was still significantly more than quoted and contained a 25$ overcharge which I had to ask to be removed. I would however recommend the Nissan dealership in Saskatoon where service is above what you would expect they act professionally and where we happily went and purchased our new vehicle. Word to the wise check out the service centre before you buy a vehicle from someone. More
