Derek made the sales experience more pleasant than I’ve had in quite a while at a car dealership. He has a way of putting people at ease. Aside from all the usual tricks one might expect in a finance office, Francis completely disrespected our privacy by browsing through my wife’s banking app instead of handing the phone back to her when the page he was looking at didn’t have the information he needed. I had to take the phone away from him to get him to stop. He yelled at us, and even at one point tried to turn my wife against me. He went so far as to invade the privacy of other customers by showing us the agreements they had signed with all of their personal information on them in an effort to get me to agree to the finance fee. This is not a finance team that deserves your business, especially with their cavalier attitude toward privacy. More
