Best experience purchasing a new vehicle. Last Friday I called Dixie Ford shopping for new 2015 Ford Escape and spoke with the Sales Manager, Richard Menezes. The entire transaction took less then two hours and I was treated like a valued customer. Farhan Khaliq was my sales rep and he did a great job. Everyone at this dealership were terrific. Within half an hour Barry Vanhorne contacted me and we started the process of purchasing a vehicle. Barry and Teresa Martinez made the experience so easy and quick I was thrilled. In a week, I had a new truck. Personal service was excellent - they did everything to make things easier and I felt like a valued customer. Barry picked me up and brought me to the dealership to sign the final papers and I drove away in a perfect vehicle. Barry was friendly, courteous and even emailed me the day after I drove back to Thunder Bay to make sure I got home safely. Teresa kept in contact each step of the financing and went above and beyond to ensure all paperwork was understood by me and did everything she could to make sure all was in place when I arrived in Toronto.
