Direct Nissan (Dealership)

Booked an appointment for my Rouge for 11 am. I was advised at time of booking it would be an hour. I arrived early and left my car as I did not want to sit in the building for an hour. I returne I was advised at time of booking it would be an hour. I arrived early and left my car as I did not want to sit in the building for an hour. I returned about 2 1/2 hours later to find out my car had not even been worked on. The service advisors told me that if I drop my car off they take it whenever, but if I sat there it would of been brought in right away. I was then told people who came after me that waited in the building went ahead of me and that's how it works. I have been bringing my SUV to another Nissan and this is not the case there....your appointment time is your appointment time and it doesn't matter if I am in the building or not. I would never bring any of my Nissans back to Direct Nissan nor would I recommend them. More
