The dealer who had performed this work failed to promptly forward an electronic copy of the work order, so as to confirm my account. Nervertheless, Dilawri proceeded with the necessary repairs and did not charge me for the parts. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Before purchasing my 2013 Charger I was seriously considering a Ford Fusion. The main difference with the experience at this dealership is they treat you incredibly well not matter what your intentions might be. You could be browsing, buying a used car or the most expensive car on the lot and you're going to get the same incredible service. Delivery on my Charger was 2 weeks earlier than anyone thought it would be, the car arrived with zero problems. I opted for extended warranties, but was fully informed as to their strengths and limits so made the choice fully informed. Dan Feldman was my salesman and I highly recommend him to anyone. I do need to give a thank you to Don Turner who helped me understand the warranty issues and put up with my constant emails. I'm especially grateful to Dan Denis who was instrumental in getting me into this car at a price point I could afford and ensuring that my every need was met from start to finish. Top notch service.
