After making a deal with these people and $3500 down last minute they add $4000 to the price, I have dealt with a lot of dealer ships but this one is a piece of crap, I had the whole deal in text out the doo minute they add $4000 to the price, I have dealt with a lot of dealer ships but this one is a piece of crap, I had the whole deal in text out the door cash price and time for pic up they pulled some real shady crap, I told the sales manager I’m reporting them he said he doesn’t care a deal any a deal till it’s signed, there word means nothing More

My daughter and her boyfriend bought a used vehicle from this place. There was an issue with the front bumper and they said that they would fix it. Well since when is using zip ties a way to repair a bumper this place. There was an issue with the front bumper and they said that they would fix it. Well since when is using zip ties a way to repair a bumper. That is something a backyard Red Green would have done. This is totally unexpected of a so called reputable Dealership. Is this how you treat a customer? Do your body shop have a clue what they are doing? You can be sure I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Derrick Dodge. Definitely a ZERO STAR not a 1 star that I have here because it won't accept zero .. More
