Very unprofessional sales person I came to the dealership hoping to buy the grand caravan which is on promotion !I was honest with my credit rating or my situation so after spending 3 I came to the dealership hoping to buy the grand caravan which is on promotion !I was honest with my credit rating or my situation so after spending 3 hrs in dealership i have to leave them because i need to go to work .So after 5 days or so after many messages no response from the sales Person Charlie Villanueva atleast he could have told me if i got approve or not but he deliverately ignore me.Very bad experience !!!! Once we found a salesman(Chris) The hard sell started and I felt pressured to make a quick decision and stop wasting his time. Every answer I got was curt and demeaning. As we walked out I could hear him crumpling up the offer and storming off. Based on this experience, I would never go back to this dealership. More
