Service sucks Naught a 2014 rubicon had it for 5 months and know the engine is dead I put less than 5k on it and I had to replace battery, tires and know an engine. They lied and said I swamped it and that the air filter was plugged with mud. I checked it before I had it towed to Derrick Dodge and it was just a little dusty due to regular driving conditions. Great Experience with Al Dewan and Derrick Dodge! I recently moved to alberta from saskatchewan and after much hassle of trying get my old truck safety certified I felt it would be easier to trade in I recently moved to alberta from saskatchewan and after much hassle of trying get my old truck safety certified I felt it would be easier to trade in and buy new. I went in to see Al Dewan at Derrick dodge and could not have had a better experience. It was a quick and painless process. Al showed me many different trucks and went over payment plans that would fit my budget. He was very honest and felt no pressure at all. After a couple hours I had purchased a brand new 2017 Dodge Ram Sport. BI was having issues getting my insurance transferred over and they even lent me a loaner for a few days until I could pick up my new ride. Thanks again Al and all the other members at Derrick Dodge! But, Breanna the sales rep was trying really hard and fo I contacted Derrick dodge looking for a 2011 dodge challenger 392. Unfortunately it was sold. But, Breanna the sales rep was trying really hard and for a long time to find me another car lIke it.. No luck as of yet. But, via emails and text and numerous calls. She is still trying. Not to mention most of them on her time off. I have delt with alot of dealers in my time and never seen anything like this. I am also in Ontario which makes this even harder. Patience and kindness! After our bad experience with Leduc Chrysler, I answered and ad for Derrick Dodge and Al Dewan invited us up to their location and check out their s After our bad experience with Leduc Chrysler, I answered and ad for Derrick Dodge and Al Dewan invited us up to their location and check out their specials. We were met at the front door by the manager, Wayne, who had a great smile and a friendly hello. I knew right there that there was something special about him. He then showed us the way to Al. I was not used to his selling approach because they usually push but Al made things as relaxing as if we were sitting in his living room. We talked about different cars and what we were looking for in which we really had no idea. Al seemed like he gave us endless options and the pros and cons. We settled on the Jeep Cherokee and took it for a test drive, an actual test drive around the city. Meanwhile Al was explaining a lot of the extra features of the car. Now it seems funny that it didn't seem like he was selling a car, it was more like an informed tour guide. Before we got to home base my husband and I decided this was the one we wanted. There were 3 colors to choose from so we picked the true blue, loved the color. Now Al wasn't finished with us yet, he took the time to once again go through all the features, all the warranties and everything to do with maintenence. Once we were satisfied, Al took us up to the manager and introduced us and then he took us to the financing department. Another gentlemen with lots of patience. Went through all the packages that were offered and got our financing. Everything in place. Meanwhile Al stuck around as he wanted to go over all the instructions for the car, spent about an hour, making sure I got it which was really nice and took my confusion away. It was nice because there was absolutely no pressure from anyone at Derrick Dodge, we were so very grateful. And to Al, we do tell everyone that you are the number 1 salesman to see and for everyone to go to Derrick Dodge. All in all an awesome buying experience, the way it should be. They all made us feel like family! And we are keeping the bragging rights. Thank you Al Dewan and Derrick Dodge. More

Just another nice buying experience We upgraded out RAM 1500 SLT with a 2017 RAM 1500 Bighorn edition. Our sales person Brianna Ware did a wonderful job.
