Finance manager says I was approved for a loan has me drive 2 hours to the dealership and had me go out on a test drive on a new ford after the test drive she came out to tell me I wasn’t approved for th drive 2 hours to the dealership and had me go out on a test drive on a new ford after the test drive she came out to tell me I wasn’t approved for the truck. I then asked how much I was approved for all she would say is it’s not the amount it’s the payments I was approved for it made no sense not to be told what I was approved for.So after a while at the dealership the sales manager tells me that they could get me into another truck and hands me a paper with all the information about the truck, I then asked to see it and he told me it wasn’t on the lot but if I fill out all the paperwork he would bring it up from Vancouver. There was no way I was going to purchase a truck without seeing it first second I told him I didn’t want a white truck a it seemed he was pretty adamant about me buying it. A few days go by and the finance manager texts me about another used truck on the lot that I was interested in and said she could get me on financing that truck which was ok but I asked about the lease option on a new ford that I test drove and she said she could get me financed on that truck which I agreed on the payments. The next day she texted me and asked me to come in to the dealership to pick up the truck I was approved at the payments I agreed on. After about 2 hours go by she texted me again saying that I was not approved for the lease at the price that I agreed at the beginning, but 2 hundred dollars more a month she could get me approved for it. I’m not sure what kind of game they are playing at the dealership but to not tell someone what they are approved for and have the waste your day with driving 4 hrs and sit at the dealership for another 4 hrs is not very professional More

I was very pleased with the treatment and service I got when I brought my car in for a repair. The majority of the people I talked to on the phone were very accommodating with requests! I had to wait for a when I brought my car in for a repair. The majority of the people I talked to on the phone were very accommodating with requests! I had to wait for a part that was ordered by salesperson too arrive, so I was told that it would be at least three weeks before you would see it so we made an appointment with this in mind! Then I received a phone call from the parts department that it had arrived early. So I called the service department to see if I could get in earlier and was told no problem! I was also given a courtesy car which actually changed my opinion of electric vehicles! I still wouldn't have one unless I lived in town ( range anxiety)! I would like to send out a special thank you to Dan McCauley. He is quite frankly the person who has helped make my Dearborn experience very great! More

We are very pleased with this Dealership. Staff was friendly courteous and professional. IWe were on a holiday trip when we started hearing a strange noise. We saw the Dealership and pulled i Staff was friendly courteous and professional. IWe were on a holiday trip when we started hearing a strange noise. We saw the Dealership and pulled in with no prearranged appointment. We were towing our trailer and had no place arranged to camp as we were just passing through the city. The service advisor spoke with one of the managers and they arranged for us to park our trailer right there on the lot. They gave us access to power and water and we were able to use our air conditioning in the trailer as it was a very hot day . They also offered for us to come in to the main service lounge and coffee and snacks. They managed to get our truck in right away. As it turned out the issue was not a major concern and was relatively easy to fix. The tech came and spoke with us to make sure that we were informed on what had happened and answered all questions to our satisfaction. In short every person that we dealt with on this day did a superb job in looking after us . We were very happy to be on our way again within two hours to our next stop on our trip. Nice work Dearborn Ford . We would definitely recommend you to our friends. More
