The ladies in service reception are all excellent in their customer service and the communication thru various media is great. I had a large recall maintenance performed which took a week to do and th their customer service and the communication thru various media is great. I had a large recall maintenance performed which took a week to do and they gave me a loaner car for that time. A little feedback though: the engine light came back on after driving about 50km after the recall was completed which was surprising so the car had to go back in for a separate repair. The issue was known to the mechanic before the recall but didn’t tell me about which implied another trip and loaner car etc. The engine light repair could have been performed when the recall repair was done. Nevertheless the service folk there are excellent and will be using Dearborn now that I’ve moved to Kamloops. More
