Took car in for Drive Clean. Generally I take my car to a very honest, trusted local mechanic but the car has had a faulty engine light (ROM issue) for years that had to be cleared by a dealer to meet the ne very honest, trusted local mechanic but the car has had a faulty engine light (ROM issue) for years that had to be cleared by a dealer to meet the new DC requirements. Took it to Dewilt to have this done. They ran a diagnostic and wanted $1,100 for a new computer. I called Drive Clean and they said that was over the required amount so run the test and I'd be exempt. Called Dewildt to tell them this and that I wasn't going to buy a computer, just do the Drive Clean test and give me the paperwork. (As per Drive Clean's instructions) They said OK. A couple hours later they called again to say I'd have to pay for a second diagnostic. (Even though this is NOT what Drive Clean said.) I guess it took them that long to figure out how to get more money out of me. I just hope they didn't wiggle anything loose to make more business for themselves. (Doesn't matter anyway - I'm never going back to them.) Very shady. More

I shopped around to all the Hamilton Chrysler dealerships before I purchased my 2013 Dodge Journey, and found DeWildt Chrysler treated me with the best customer service and provided the lowest price. The Sales staff was exceptionally courteous and respectful, I felt like a long time customer. As soon as I entered the building, I was greeted with smiles and respect. After informing the salesman Jordan I was not purchasing a vehicle today, he was completely understanding and did not push me at all. We sat down for over an hour discussing the best vehicle for me and my family, and took a few vehicles for a test drive. I was in there for over two hours after I informed him I was not purchasing a vehicle that day and he still took the time dealing with me and ensuring I was happy with their service. I went back the next day and purchased the vehicle and could not be happier with my choice. Everyone at DeWildt Chrysler was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable on their products. I recommended DeWildt Chrysler to anyone who wants excellent customer service, a friendly atmosphere, and a quality product. I will be purchasing from them again, without hesitation. More
