Each time I visit I am surprised that the staff seems to make the process of buying a vehicle smoother and complete. This time I purchased a Buick Encore which had far more operating controls than I was used to, as usual, no problem, there is a specialist to train you in the operation manual. Nothing is hurried, there is no pressure and this dealership certainly knows the meaning of Integrity, it is so nice to have a dealership in town where you feel confident in recommending them to your friends an family. 2014 Sierra 1500 All Terrain I had been actively looking for a used 1500 for almost 6 months. During this time I had been in contact off and on with both Bryce and Gord. The day I found one that I liked I texted both to say I was interested in seeing it and arrangements were made to see it that afternoon. Gord actually met me at the door to the dealership when I arrived with my wife. He had the vehicle prepped and ready for a test drive. After we got back he sat with us and answered all of our questions and the process could not have gone any better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gord and Bryce to anyone. After we were finished Russ was great to deal with. It was late in the day so he had to follow up with us the next day about approvals. He even made accommodations for my work schedule and communicated via text because I couldn’t get phone calls. The whole experience went extremely smooth. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. More
