After looking online we knew the vehicle we wanted to test drive and Gord Ainscough, from sales, talked to us briefly about the history of the vehicle and had it ready for us to test drive in no time. We loved driving the 2013 Ford Escape Titanium and we decided to start the paperwork to buy it that same day. By the time we left, we realized that it was way past closing time. We appreciated how Gord stayed late, answered all our questions and explained our options for financing the vehicle we wanted. When we pick it up, Jarret did a fantastic job at walking us through all the features of the vehicle. We have had a few little issues with the vehicle: the remote starter wouldn't work and a fog lamp was cracked. We contacted Gord and not only did they replace the fog lamp at no extra cost at Davis, but they also covered the cost of fixing our remote starter at the Ford dealership. We highly recommend Davis GMC to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, they are an excellent team to deal with and ensured we were completely satisfied with our purchase. More
