Purchased New Vehicle GMC 3500HD Denali This would be my third purchase of the similar vehicle, my second new vehicle, but this was the first time where everything went smoothly. I was away at work so 95% of our interactions were via email and over the phone. I was not able to see the vehicle in person but Davis provided everything I needed to be assured I was getting the vehicle I truly wanted. Gord and Russell were super easy to communicate with and always in a timely fashion. My schedule didn't allow me to be at the dealership during business hours so Gord and Russell had met me during a holiday so I could get the vehicle and get back on the road. That alone says a lot! Being part of a family!!!!! There are not many words that can describe this dealership but the one that pops into my mind is magnificent. The reason I choose the word magnificent There are not many words that can describe this dealership but the one that pops into my mind is magnificent. The reason I choose the word magnificent is for a couple of reasons. First one is that one if there service advisors went above & beyond the call of duty not once but twice by helping with my new GMC Terrain due to the fact I work across the street at Casino Lethbridge. When I was in a bind Nick Karl was my saviour in disguise, cause when it was cold out like -30 Celsius he drove my vehicle 🚗 over to the casino but he did not realize that I had brought my vehicle in for an oil change he ran right over pick up my vehicle 🚗 and then he drove it back for me. Second I need to mention that they honestly treat you like you are in a big huge family. This kind of remembers me of two T.V. shows (Partridge Family, & The Walton’s).
