A fantastic experience buying from Keylan Kado. I was helped by Keylan Kado. If you are going to Davis GMC in Lethbridge, I would highly recommend walking in the door and seeking him out by name I was helped by Keylan Kado. If you are going to Davis GMC in Lethbridge, I would highly recommend walking in the door and seeking him out by name specifically, and buying your vehicle from him - specifically. Although I’m sure all the salespeople at Davis are good, based on past experience, Keylan is a cut above. Keylan’s no pressure approach and friendly, quieter personality, made our buying experience excellent. While Keylan was great, and used no pressure, and is obviously as honest as a Boy Scout, I was worried that our whole experience would change for the worse when he told me the Financial Services Manager, Russ, wanted to meet with us. This suggestion brought back memories of when I sold used vehicles and the manager was called in because he was skilled at using shady, high pressure sales tactics, and was trained in the art of tactfully explaining why a person’s trade was worth next to nothing. Long story short, our experience with Russ was nothing like I thought it would be! He was thoughtful, very knowledgeable, and, like Keylan, did nothing that made us feel even the littlest bit of pressure. Based on our experience, Davis GMC is the place we plan to buy all our personal and company vehicles from from now on. One more thing: after visiting the lots of four or five different car dealers before we got to Davis GMC, I specifically noted the amount of wear on the tires of the used vehicles we were interested in. In looking at over 10 vehicles, I was not satisfied with the wear left on the tires any of them, and realized that before I could use them for our seniors care business, I would need to replace them completely, which would be approximately $1500! During the shopping around process, I questioned several sales people about putting on new tires, so we would not have to incur this cost after having just purchased a vehicle. Surprisingly, I got a similar answer from all of them. While they all used different words and tactful explanations, the underlying message was basically the same: you are buying a used vehicle and we don’t make as much money on that as we do on a new one, so we are only willing to replace the tires if they are so bad that it is required by law. However, at Davis GMC, our All Wheel Drive 2010 GMC Acadia (that we love by the way) had brand new tires, which carried the name of a very well recognized, high quality brand name. Knowing that I would not have to incur a $1500 expense after buying our vehicle was very comforting, and qualifies in my opinion as “treating people as you would like to be treated”. On top of everything else, one of the last things that happened was that Keylan himself got a screwdriver and took 10 minutes to relocate the interior trailer brake assembly so that my knee did not bang into it every time I hopped in the vehicle, and no longer bothered me while driving. I was not charged anything extra for this service! To top it all off, Davis GMC currently has a program where they have balloons in the back of two different trucks in their show room. Each balloon contains a piece of paper you can redeem for a gas card, with a value of anywhere from $200-$1000! Although I wished I had chosen the $1000 balloon, to get $200 in gas just for buying a vehicle, as a way for the dealership to say thank you, is pretty rare! So, from the very beginning when we drove onto the lot, to the very end, as I now drive away after finishing writing this review, we have been thoroughly impressed with everything about Keylan Kado and Davis GMC. Again, I am certain that all sales people at Davis GMC are really good, but I highly recommend asking to specifically deal with Keylan Kado as soon as you drive onto the lot. If your experience is anything like ours, I absolutely guarantee that you will walk away happy and have a very large smile on your face! More

When we arrived they invited us to participate in a promotion where you had to pop balloons to win a prize and we then won $200 in gas coupons! Yay, our trip was reimbursed now. We dealt with Krysta and Stefany and we were very impressed with the amount of time they took in explaining everything and their genuine care for the customer. We will definitely recommend Davis GMC to others and we will come back ourselves. So refreshing to find such an honourable dealership. More
