I say "brand new" because the quality and cleanliness of this vehicle made us feel we were buying a new vehicle even though it was used and the price was really great. We felt we were given exceptional customer service by Raphael Reyes from the moment we walked in. We described what we were looking for in a vehicle and our budget. Because Raphael had a good knowledge of what was available he knew right away of a vehicle that would suit our needs. After trying it out for a couple days we knew this was the car for us. In case we had any lingering doubts Raphael carefully went through the service and maintenance the car had undergone and really helped us feel confident we were getting a great deal. Then came the financing. We were so happy with the service Krista provided by getting us such a good rate. This allowed us to buy the extended warranty which we felt was a very valuable add on. All in all we would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership. We feel they employ the best of staff and offer the most friendly and efficient customer service we've ever experienced buying a car. We are also planning to use their "dealer rewards" service that Raphael spoke about as it will earn us points towards winter tires we would like to buy. Well worth the drive! Purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 from Rafael Reyes. The most difficult part was getting to the dealership from Northern Alberta! I dealt with Rafael a Purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 from Rafael Reyes. The most difficult part was getting to the dealership from Northern Alberta! I dealt with Rafael and Rick for roughly a week online and bought the vehicle sight unseen - I was concerned but both these gentlemen assured me they would take care of everything. And they did. Truck was ready to go, paperwork was only needing my signature and I was done. Only hiccup was no dealer plate available - so Rafael lent me his own vehicle to go get my insurance done! He pulled them up on the computer, we went over the options, and we test drove a couple vehicles. We expressed interest in another one that wasn't available to look at that day. He called two days later to let me know the traverse was back at the dealership. It had the options we wanted. In short Steve treated us with respect, answered all our questions, helped me understand all the options, and we actually had some fun, making Jeff sweat a little.
