When i walked in Tyler was more than willing to listen to my demands and laugh off my budget after my list was complete. Funny but true he laughed but then hit the web site and found numerous units in my pric range with the trim and functions i needed. His knowlege was wide and covered all the vehicles i was looking at. Being a technician i wanted to look over eveything and when one unit was a little dirty for my liking he had it washed that day so i could come back and inspect it for myself. When my wife came in to see the chosen vehicle she was pleased with how he opened up and didnt walk around questions she was impressed as i was and we a very happy with our new vehicle. Jarrett has the patience of a saint when he tries to explain the On Star world. I must add how clean, modern and organized this dealership is..love their "coffee/tea" bar (even had decaf). We looked forward to a few trips back before our final decision as it was like visiting good friends.
