Great customer service I searched the internet for over a year for a specific car and am very pleased to have found it at Davis. After numerous discussions over the phone I I searched the internet for over a year for a specific car and am very pleased to have found it at Davis. After numerous discussions over the phone I was confident I had found the right car and the right dealership. I drove 8 hours to make the deal and was greeted by a very professional receptionist who contacted Spencer to let him know I was there. Spencer was great to deal with, very professional and did not come across as the stereotypical "car salesman". The entire experience was very professional, polite and respectful. Dealing with Russell in Finance was straightforward and he took time to explain all of our options. I would highly recommend Davis GM in Lethbridge and will certainly be calling them first before I purchase my next vehicle. More

Quick & easy with zero pressure! Found a used car online and put in an inquiry to the dealership. Within minutes my e-mail query was answered with a phone call and Dave sent me additional pictures, CarProof and everything else I needed to consider my "sight unseen" purchase. Excellent follow-up communications over the ensuing days via e-mail and text. With a small deposit, car was held for me until I could get to Lethbridge (3 hours away) and make my final decision...vehicle was as described and in less than two hours of demo drive and paperwork I was driving her home with no high pressure tactics to add-on profit driven features for the dealership. All in all a very simple, swift and enjoyable experience with friendly people! More

Bryce help me on days that Gord wasn't in and with their combined knowledge were able to help an answer all of my questions recommend either of these two is a good salesman to any of my friends or family. Rick was awesome with all our finance and other payment questions he was very knowledgeable as well is able to give me what I needed. As for jarrett The walk-through that he gives you of your new vehicle is probably one of the best things about buying a vehicle at Davis in Lethbridge he left me knowing most of what I needed to get out of the parking lot and onto the highway home and the cheat sheet he provides for you after you leave alleviate anything else that you forgot on said drive home. Great customer service, seamless purchase I went with the purpose of looking for a new truck and was there 1-2 minutes before Kyle greeted us and asked what we had in mind. He was very good in showing us exactly what we were looking for. Our experience required a follow up visit for a test drive for which he was prepared for and waiting for us. The sales transaction went smoothly and he was very good at going out of his way to ensure our experience was good. Excellent communication, better than any other dealer I have had dealings with. A Year in the Making My wife and I started our new vehicle search over a year ago not 100% sure of the vehicle type that would suit our needs moving forward into semi-reti My wife and I started our new vehicle search over a year ago not 100% sure of the vehicle type that would suit our needs moving forward into semi-retirement and travel needs - the Davis GMC Buick crew help us through this journey. I made the initial visit to the showroom, my wife and I visited on the second go round and a year later my wife and I sealed the deal on our new Terrain Denali with the assistance of the Davis Sales Crew - they provided answers to all my questions (yes even the dumb ones), they provided feedback via phone and they made at least two inquiries as to how our vehicle search was progressing. We finally knew what we wanted, the Davis Sales Crew provided us with options and together we finalized the deal. From test drive to the drive home with our new vehicle the experience was well worth the wait - the Davis GMC crew were engaged right from start.
