When we decided to purchase a vehicle, that week Dave was away for a few days, and we were left in Gordon's capable hands. Also one nice thing with working with Dave & Gordon, they work as a team, which I was very happy to hear. And not against each other, so I would totally feel comfortable going in to see either one of them. Krista, in finance stayed even later with us after a 12 hour shift already. I made an enquiry about a particular vehicle that was listed in the inventory and was contacted early the next morning by a sales rep wondering if they could further assist me in locating the correct vehicle. Dave Tamura was more than obliging in explaining features, mileage, and history of the vehicles that caught my interest and encouraged me to come and have a look. It wasn't like driving across town because I was in Calgary but his friendly approach convinced be that it would be worth the trip. I ended up purchasing a 2014 unit that perfectly fit the qualities I was looking for in a used vehicle. Subsequent to meeting Dave, I was able to have an honest & informative discussion with the used car manager, Jeff Peacock, regarding the pricing of the unit and then followed up with Rick Semach who put together a very comprehensive warranty package that will look after any surprises that may vehicle may hold for me over the next 4 years. All in all, from beginning to end the experience at Davis GM in Lethbridge was exceptional.
