An excellent experience while making a difficult decision We visited this dealership on several occasions as we searched for a vehicle which met our needs and wants. Gord approached us on their new vehicle l We visited this dealership on several occasions as we searched for a vehicle which met our needs and wants. Gord approached us on their new vehicle lot and was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful in answering all our questions regarding options and pricing. James assisted us on our next visit (Gord was on a day off) and was also friendly knowledgeable and helpful. When we were ready to make our decision, Gord was prompt in preparing the price quotes on the make and models we were considering. Once we made our decision, the paperwork process was quickly and thoroughly explained by Gord and Bryce. The finance application was also quick and thorough, and Russ was friendly and professional. When we accepted delivery of our vehicle choice, we were given a thorough indoctrination by Jarret. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. At no time were we rushed our pressured to make a decision. More

I love my new car. I had a great experience with Tyler Ogrins. He made a very great effort to find me what I wanted and went above and beyond. He was very polite and answered all of my questions. He is a great asset to the Davis group. I would most certainly recommend him to any of my personal friends. Buying a used car after driving my old car for 25 years was quite terrifying for me. Tyler put me at ease and dispelled the old theory that car salesmen were dishonest and will try to get as much out of you as possible. (Well I can say for a fact that some lawyers are even worse.) Thank you so very much Tyler. You're the best!! Keep up the great work. I would also like to thank Krista for preparing all the financial paperwork. Make a run for the border Took advantage of the USD/CAD differences, and flew up from Phoenix to purchase a slightly used Denali (sight unseen except for those pictures). Exceptional service from Dave T and Russ M throughout the process. Morning of the pick up was smooth - and the vehicle was everything they promised. Even had a delivery specialist who went through the vehicle with us. No surprises - and made all the hassle of crossing the US border easy to deal with. Recommend the Davis team highly! More
