Finally, an enjoyable dealership experience! My wife and I have dealt with several dealerships in the past and most are rude, pushy and offer back to back warranty (my back see's your back), this My wife and I have dealt with several dealerships in the past and most are rude, pushy and offer back to back warranty (my back see's your back), this experience was absolutely the opposite and restored our faith in Dealerships and GM. Jordan was polite, courteous, involved my wife in the decision making and was very professional with a great sense of humour. This is what turned our looking into buying at Davis. After all was said and done with the purchase I had to have my Denali back to have the hail damage repaired (which I got a great deal on!). There was an unfortunate scheduling issue with the location that was doing the work and had to be rescheduled. Though this was frustrating (not Davis' fault) Derek made sure we were re-booked right away with a new location and then went out of his way to accommodate us and ensure we were well taken care. Bottom line. This is a great Dealership that takes pride in itself and it shows through all of the staff from start to finish. Competitive pricing, well organized and professional. A great experience and we will be returning and recommending. Well worth the drive from Calgary. Thanks Davis! More

Deal gone sour I went to Davis looking for a truck or SUV for light/medium duty towing. They looked over my trade vehicle and offered a reasonable dollar value. I decided the truck I tested that day wasn't the one for me. So, I came back a week later a test drove a different truck, which I was ready to purchase. On my first visit Don W. looked after me. The second time Don was off that day (Saturday) so Courtney then Rick, a sales manager, took time to discuss the details. In the end, Rick and I came to a verbal agreement, but the truck had to be safety inspected before I could buy it. I was told they couldn't sell a vehicle without it first passing safety. Rick said he couldn't do anything until Monday but promised to park the truck at the back of the lot, away from the other used cars in order to reserve it for me. He said the safety would be done on Monday and Don would call me to set up time to come in and finish the deal (paperwork, etc). Monday just before noon I still had not received a call from Don, so I took initiative and called him. He was confused about the truck in question and asked to call me back in 5 min. He called back as promised and said the vehicle was sold to someone else! He said another buyer put a deposit on Sat while I was negotiating the sale with Rick and that this sort of thing happens sometimes. Of course, I was irate that a sales manager would mislead me into thinking he set the vehicle aside for me until a safety was completed and all the while offering it to someone else. How is it they were able to secure it prior to a safety if it's illegal to do so? I was not offered the option to hold it with a deposit, just a verbal agreement and handshake that was worth JACK! This dealership misleads people into a false sense of trust. My guess is they had a better offer and used me as a backup buyer if the first deal fell through. Or, they are simply incompetent! I live in Airdrie and liked the idea of buying and servicing my truck locally. I may still do this but NOT at Davis GM. I can't trust them to make good on an agreement, not even with a manager! More

From our initial walk in the door to driving off with our new truck, Daniel was very knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. Josie took all the stress out of the finance process and she was a sweetheart. These two are a great asset to Davis and we hope to deal with Daniel and Davis again in the future for our vehicle needs.
