Headache turned to silver lining I hit a deer in November and needed a new car, so I went in to Davis because a friend worked there, Glenn, great guy. He introduced me to Justin, who asked great questions to figure out what I wanted, what I needed, and what I could spend. He presented me choices without overwhelming me, and helped me narrow it down without being pushy. He was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, would definitely shop with him again. Then I went to finance and met Ty, he was awesome, simplified the fairly complicated financing process so it was easy to get through and understand what I was signing. Very interested in the 2019 Blazer, was ignored by everyone! Came into Davis Chevrolet around 9:20 this morning to look into the new 2019 Blazer. One guy looking to buy a Traverse was getting all the attention. Came into Davis Chevrolet around 9:20 this morning to look into the new 2019 Blazer. One guy looking to buy a Traverse was getting all the attention. I walked around looking at the cars in the show room for about 1/2 hr. Glenn Smaha, the General Manager glanced at me smiled and continued working on his computer. The receptionist was busy looking at her iPhone and playing with her dog, Another sales guy sitting in the south west corner doing nothing as I looked at the $80K black Denali, a fellow helping the guy with the Traverse and I believe Kailey Parkin sitting in her office saw me looking at the cars in the showroom. Once the sales guy was done with the customer looking at the Traverse he walked right by me and sat down in his little box office... unreal! Business must be so good they can ignore potential customers in the showroom. I left pretty disgusted, usually you can't keep these guy's away from you.... Now I remember why I didn't buy my 2018 Denali 3500 from these guy's. I will never set foot in this place again. More

Dishonesty I purchased a 2014 Buick Verano from this dealership in December 2018. I had no idea that there are vehicles that come with no block heaters in Canada I purchased a 2014 Buick Verano from this dealership in December 2018. I had no idea that there are vehicles that come with no block heaters in Canada so I had no reason to ask. This one though, happens to have no block heater but nothing of the sort was mentioned to me at the time of purchase. I purchased the vehicle in winter for immediate use assuming I can plug it in on cold days but alas - this vehicle has no block heater. Well, my ignorance is no excuse but shame on this large established business to overlook something so significant in a sales transaction, or worse still to hide it from me just to get $10,000. More

Better Experience Davis Chevrolet has become the local Bowtie headquarters I've always wanted. I've purchased new Chevys in Calgary before because the old local dealers Davis Chevrolet has become the local Bowtie headquarters I've always wanted. I've purchased new Chevys in Calgary before because the old local dealership experience was not comparable to what I got elsewhere. Prices were higher and selection was not for me. Davis Chev has changed and become a better local GM store, the product, people and prices all improved. Great effort! More
