Staff was very friendly and accomidating as I had asked for extra work to be added to my work order. After I got home I looked at the work order to see the service Techs comments and noted 2 concerns. The for extra work to be added to my work order. The first one is minor - the service Tech. did not record the tempurature rating of the coolant after the Cooling System Flush. The second concern is major - I requested a Brake Service Flush and the service Tech. could only complete a partial brake fluid flush. The Service Tech. reported only on the work order that both both rear caliper bleeder screws were seized and could not be blead. Thhe service Tech. should have discussed his findings with me personally and given me some direction as to what action could be taken to fix the issue. I'm disappointed with the Servive Tech.'s lack of interest in following up with the Customer on mechanical defects. More

Went in to get four tires installed and and two spares installed that I didn’t want balanced but they ballast them I said that’s their policy that’s fine I asked them to put one of the spares back onto th installed that I didn’t want balanced but they ballast them I said that’s their policy that’s fine I asked them to put one of the spares back onto the truck and they forgot to do that there’s also two new tires that came off the spare rims they forgot to put them back in the my truck when I got home I realized they were at the dealership in Airdrie I live in Calgary I asked them if they would dad drop them off with their Shuttle driver they said they didn’t do that outside of Airdrie but they expected me to come back to Airdrie to pick the two tires up that they forgot to put in my truck after going up the chain I finally talk to a higher manager who said that they would do it That was last Friday today is Wednesday still not heard yet about them dropping the tires off do only they have been a lot better than this I’m quite disappointing disappointed More
