"Worth the trip" Spent 2 months looking at SUV's in the same class. Tried every brand out there (foreign & domestic). Over the years we have owned 3 jeep vehicles. We live in New Brunswick and we traveled to various dealerships but couldn't find the one we wanted. We knew we wanted 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited but options mattered as well as color. We searched the internet and came across Greg Collins. The first email we received from him he told us he had the vehicle we were looking for. He emailed us several pictures, spec sheets and prices. Everything looked wonderful so the next step was to travel 3-1/2 hrs and check it out. We took test drive and decided to purchase it. We met Laura Yorke in the finance department. She explained everything from financing,and options for warranty etc.Great personality and very easy to deal with (we had a great time with her). We want to thank Greg for all his hard work from phone calls where we were able to contact him after hours (which was a bonus), emails and meeting him in person, we could tell he was a type of person who goes go above and beyond to please his customers. Within 20 minutes we had a quote and he meet all our needs – within an hour we were completing our paperwork, all via text and e-mail, which I thought was amazing – so easy!! - and we had bought a new van. He is very honest and came back with great numbers right away so we didn’t feel we needed to have a long conversation about lowering prices or that we were being taken advantage of. Professionalism at its best. I met with Greg Collins and explained to him what I was looking for. He said to leave it with him and he would see what he could do. Upon arriving back, he advised me that he was able to do a bit better than what I was expecting. I took out the vehicle for a test drive, was impressed and then met with Arlene to finalize the particulars. I picked up my new vehicle the following week, all ready to go. Seven days start to finish, only due to my schedule that week, and that is was before the Thanksgiving Day weekend, I would have my vehicle in a shorter time frame.
