I was also trading in a car which i got a fair and honest amount for. i got a very thorough walk around of the van and shown how to use all the functions properly which i can say i haven't got with the last 2 brand new vehicles iv bought which made me feel like they actually care about there customers. my wife has been dealing with them over some of the extra packages that we had purchased as i was away working and she says they have been pleasant and accommodating towards her.
