Dodge Caliber recall/extended warranty Had the front subframe go bad on my 09 Caliber and as soon as I met the service tech I knew I was in great hands. Tom from service was just great. I had to wait for the pictures to get sent to dodge for approval of the work under extended warranty, and I was happily and promptly contacted by Tom and the work was approved and went ahead. There were a couple of other issues (general maintaince) and Tom contacted me and kept me in the loop on the costs and other part info. This was the best experience I have ever had at any car shop let alone a dealership and I will continue to go exclusively there. I highly recommend this business and Tom in service. One more thing, they even went beyond my expectations again by driving me back home in a snow storm when I dropped my car off. Thanks so much Tom!! More

Friendly & Great Service My wife and I stopped in as we were talking about getting another vehicle (minivan) that was much easier to get the kids in & out of. That day we dec My wife and I stopped in as we were talking about getting another vehicle (minivan) that was much easier to get the kids in & out of. That day we decided to stop in on our lunch break. We weren't planning on getting something that day, we just wanted to see what they had and we knew we wanted the "Sto & Go" seating for storage. When we went in the store we saw a minivan in the show room. We had a look at it and thought wow, nice vehicle. Wayne after we had looked at the minivan first asked if he could help us. Which was nice to see that he gave us the time to look at what we were thinking of buying. Didn't hound us right away. Working in retail myself, it was nice to be able to look around without being bombarded with sales people. GREAT JOB !!!!! As the discussion got more serious with exactly we wanted and payments we could afford. Wayne went out of his way to get something to work. After it was all said and done (Total of 24 hours) we walked away with the floor model vehicle (which in the beginning we REALLY wanted).. We got a good deal with our trade in and couldn't be more happier with the vehicle that we purchased. Dealing with Arlene in finance was like sitting around the table with a friend chatting.
