When I walked into Dartmouth Dodge, I was greeted by three people within the first minute. I had great service here from everyone that I dealt with. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Tom man you rock! I came in and dropped off a flat tire with Tom for repair on Saturday Feb 20th. Tom told me that nothing could be done until Monday because the work w I came in and dropped off a flat tire with Tom for repair on Saturday Feb 20th. Tom told me that nothing could be done until Monday because the work would be done under warranty and they'd need to get the ok. I told him no problem and to give my cell a shout when it was ready to pickup. He called me twice on Monday, the first to say he got the ok to put it through warranty and the second time to say that he couldn't get a tire for 2 - 3 weeks. I told him to give me a call when it's ready. Then he said (because I drive back and forth to Maine for work) he could lend me the spare from his truck until my tire came in. I was sort of shocked by his offer and thought to myself WOW what customer service, above and beyond the call of duty! I told him I'd be ok without it but thanks a lot for the offer. Just over a week later I was getting another call from Tom telling me it was already to pickup. I popped in that evening and had the wonderful people at the Express Service install my tire. Thanks once again Tom for the offer and looking after me with such fantastic customer service! Much appreciated! More
