My first contact with Louis was by email about 5 months ago when I responded to an internet advertisement on a gasoline Ram 1500 Longhorn which I decided to pass on because it was not exactly what I wanted to drive for the next 6-8 years. I did not meet Louis at that time but I told him by email that I was looking for a low mileage, well cared for Ram 1500 Longhorn ecodiesel with all the "bells and whistles" and definitely a sunroof. So about 5 months passed by during which time I kept searching without success and then out of the blue I got an email from Louis who by now I had almost forgotten about; he had found the truck for me. I had almost given up on trying to find one of these very scarce low mileage pre-owned Ram 1500 ecodiesel Longhorns, but Louis had found one and remembered me after all that time: how good is that. The truck he found for me was exactly what I ask for. He was very friendly and courteous when we went to the dealership to view and test drive the truck, it was obvious he wanted me to snap this truck up because he said and I totally believed him; it won't last long. He explained the many superb features of the Longhorn very well and gave us an all round tour of the vehicle and accompanied us on a test drive through city streets and on the highway. He introduced us to his manager, Gary, and finance professional J.R. who were equally impressive and friendly. So I purchased that truck and I must say that I have been delighted so far and have received many great compliments on the vehicle. My searching is over and I got exactly what I wanted and I have Louis to thank for that; thank you very much Louis. In my opinion you have a bright future ahead; personality plus and working on a business degree that will undoubtedly serve you well. Like I said the best car buying experience I ever had and I am now a senior citizen so I have been down this road a few times in my life so far. In fact this truck was supposed to be my 65th birthday gift to myself way back in July; so a little late but still a great gift, don't ya think? Thanks again, Louis. More

I thought wow! Trusted, great place to deal with! When financing came back all approved, that all fell through, used car manager decided he wanted me to take up after offering to come and get = because they wanted to low ball. Keep in mind it's over a three hour drive for me. And you know when you commit to purchase, you need to put a deposit, well the story gets even worse! Yep, took days to get that initial deposit refunded, but they charged me again. Gets better folks, just a heads up not to deal with this place. Yep they notice they charge me twice, call me and charge me a double deposit! Yes folks, equivalent of 4 deposits on a deal that went sour because of the Used car manager. Still no sign of my refund! Just got a message could take up to 7 days! The salesman was good, seemed to want to right by his customer, Dealership is the problem! Go elsewhere, I did and got a much better deal, so don't be fooled. More
