We actually went to Steel on the Bedford Highway to see some cars that were on their website and it is closer to our home. We looked around and were thinking of possibly purchasing a brand new Dart but after 15 minutes of looking at the inventory, no one came out to talk to us so we left. We went to Dartmouth Dodge and Bryan came out within the first five minutes to assist us. He gave us time to look at the cars on the lot and he came out at the right time. Very professional. Professional Sales Experience I went to Dartmouth Dodge on a Friday and met Wayne Cobb. I was there to get general information on their discounts, financing, and an overview of th I went to Dartmouth Dodge on a Friday and met Wayne Cobb. I was there to get general information on their discounts, financing, and an overview of their inventory of Ram trucks. Wayne went through each of the financing options that were being offered and when they were scheduled to expire. He also reviewed the discounts that were being offered by Chrysler Canada ($10,000 in total). He then show me the different new and used options for Rams in stock. I explained that I would return in a few days to take a vehicle for a test drive. We returned on a Tuesday and took a Ram for a test drive. While out we asked Wayne to assess our trade-in and to work out a price for the additional options that we were interested in. On return, Wayne had worked out a quote and presented it to us. He asked if we could work out a deal that day, and I asked if his price on the trade was flexible. Wayne said it was and we discussed what I was expecting. He met this price and we were able to finalize the sale. Both my wife and I felt that Wayne's service was professional, low key, and he took time to explain everything. There were none of the sales tricks/pitches that I have experienced previously and for this we thank Wayne. Following the completion of the sale we met with the Finance Manager JR Kelly and we received another positive experience. Again the various options were explained for financing, warranties, life insurance, etc. There was no pressure tactics to sell, and our negative responses were met with a professional attitude. We picked up our vehicle a week later and everything went smoothly with the financing, trade-in, and driving away. All of our options had been installed, undercoating applied, and the vehicle was spotless. More
