I bought my Jeep sipping pina colatas swinging in a hammock! I recently wrote off my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I made the mistake of purchasing from MacDonald Chrystler in Sydney, NS 2 years ago. At the tim I recently wrote off my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that I made the mistake of purchasing from MacDonald Chrystler in Sydney, NS 2 years ago. At the time I spoke with Sydney Chrysler as well as Michael Page from Dartmouth Chrysler Jeep Dodge and figured since I live close to Sydney I would purchase from them. After writing off my jeep I needed a new one and fast and for a decent price. I was in the midst of traveling to the Dominican and needed a vehicle upon return. I contacted Michael Page once again after speaking with Sydney and reviewing what they could offer me. What Sydney could offer me did not fit my monthly budget for payments, and over an 8 year term the amount of interest I would have paid was ridiculous. It wasnt a good deal. They also told me of all these discounts they were giving me... for being in the nurses union (because I am an RN) however I work for the government employees union, he told me why am i questioning it? just take the deal... The total cost of the deal with financing was outrageous. I did not want just any jeep either, it had to be 2016, white, a chrome package, and tan leather interior was a MUST. There was one in Moncton with all of the above. Michael worked VERY hard with me via e-mail as I was in the Dominican Republic and could not contact him over the phone. Tens and tens of emails were sent back and forth daily. My credit was not as good as it had been when I originally purchased my vehicle. Michael and the team found me a financing plan that would fit my budget, as well as save me a bit of interest over the SEVEN year financing plan (vs Sydneys 8 year). They went to Moncton and got the jeep before they even had any signature of mine that I would purchase it or was obligated to buy it. I felt no pressure to buy this vechicle. Michael worked very hard with me, helping me find options as how I could get all appropriate information for the purchase to him in Dartmouth. It was a very crazy situation and the team at Dartmouth dodge made the purchase so easy. I really wanted to pick the vehicle up by Friday rather than traveling home to Cape Breton and then returning. I literally purchased this vehicle while sipping on pina colatas swinging in a hammock under the sun. They did all of the work. I walked off the plane and went right to the dealership, carry on still in hand at 5:40 pm (dealership closing at 6pm), gave my signature and drove home to Cape Breton in my brand new vehicle. (THAT I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH) with a great financing plan and amazing warranty. Michael was very easy to work with and provided great customer service, ensuring I received everything I wanted. I felt like I knew him for forever when I entered the dealership and actually reached for a hug before a handshake! I couldnt believe he helped me pull this off so fast and through every obstacle. Laura Yorke was the business manager and had everything organized and prepared for me to sign. She fully explained every detail leaving me with not one question. This purchase has been a pleasure, this team is amazing and there is not enough words to express how great,friendly, and helpful they were!!!!!! This dealership was referred to me by a friend and I will definately recommend it to anyone who asks! More
