Laurie went the extra mile to ensure my personal service needs were going to be addressed. While in the service bay, I dropped one of my bags on the floor, breaking a bottle of red wine which made a terrible mess! Immediately, the staff were there to help! Casey Thompson hosed the area down and brought me plastic bags to take my stained belongings home, and she did it all with a smile! You should give her a raise! Tom MacPhee good-heartedly assured me that it wasn't a problem, and despite being very busy he looked after helping me get the service I needed for my 2016 Jeep Compass. After all this your shuttle driver, Steve Dawson, was kind enough to stop by the nearest NSLC so that I could replace the broken wine bottle, dropping me in my driveway happier than I'd been all day! Finally, Matt Hall called to thank me for sending the dealership an email, explaining how my experience there was so great. Now that's how a business becomes successful!
