We have been going to Glenn for nine years for our vehicle maintenance and repairs. Not many people can say that they trust the person that works on their vehicle or looks after the repairs of their vehicle. I can say that honestly. Let's face it, no one wants to do more than the standard and recommended maintenance work on a vehicle. When a problem happens you wonder how much will it cost, how long will I be without the vehicle, is this repair really needed, can I trust that the repairs are being completed correctly, etc. Glenn makes the experience the best that it can be. He explains the problem, why it needs to be fixed, how long it may take, and an approximate cost. Glenn also ensures that I am not without a vehicle. He always asks if I require a ride to/from work or if I need to borrow the customer courtesy vehicle. What a relief it has been to not worry about rides to and from my work while the vehicle was being repaired. Most importantly, he has always been straight and honest with me. As you can see, I can’t speak highly enough of Glenn. But I can state that if Glenn ever moved on to another place to work, our business would follow him. Last week my husband and I realized that it was time to purchase a new Jeep. Of course, I asked Glenn if he had any recommendations for a salesperson. He directed us to Greg Collins. I am happy he did... Buying a new vehicle can be so painful. The back and forth talks between price and options can be time consuming and frustrating. Usually it takes a couple of weeks for us to purchase a vehicle: visiting dealerships, finding the vehicle you want on the lot or in stock, and the back and forth costs talks. The experience with Greg was a first for me- it was actually easy. I told him what I wanted (they had it available), I told him what I wanted to pay (a few texts and phone calls later it was done) and I took the Jeep for a test drive that evening. Paper work was submitted and the next day we had our new Jeep. I never thought that buying a new vehicle could be this easy. More
