I am a hard guy to please and when I am thinking about making a major purchase I expect to be taken seriously and treated with respect and Louis did just that. He may be a "Young Buck" but he is definitely and "Old School" Sales person who is willing listen and do what it takes to make the customer happy. More

Great Experience. I would definately recommend Tony was great. Very friendly and, even when I left to think things over, there was no pressure to make a deal. I haven't had many good experiences with car salespeople, however, I'd recommend to anyone, to give Tony a call when you're in the market for your next vehicle! Brent was very friendly and easy to talk to. We mentioned that we felt like we weren't getting a good deal on the trade in (and we weren't!) and he suggested a private sale. I was able to sell my old vehicle within an hour for A LOT more than DDodge offered (over 2x! at wholesale direct). Although I didn't like being short changed by the used car manager, I did appreciate the honest advice from Brent. J.R. was great! Very friendly and down to earth. No pressure with anything he offered and he was very informative. Best experience I've had with any dealership finance manager. By far! Over all it was a great experience - minus the trade in, but that all worked out for the best in the end. I highly recommend talking to Tony at DDodge the next time you're considering a new car! My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle to replace our aging Ford SUV. Wayne was great, honest, upfront and direct with us. We initially went in looking for a used vehicle and he got us in a new 2016 for what would amount to be less than the cost of a used one. The negotiation process was quick and simple, very painless process. Great job by all involved! My reason for 4 out of 5 stars. We were very disappointed in the trade in value we were given. Ford offered us 15k and Dartmouth Doge would only offer 12k and they were not interested in moving the price. I do understand it is not the same brand, however, we made it clear what we were offered at Ford up front. He did do a fantastic job of getting a winter tire package and Nav included without going outside of our budget More
